Born in Miami and raised in Colombia, Chef Millie has a unique cultural background,
which exposed her to amazing ingredients, flavors and cooking traditions from an early
age. Specializing in Latin Asian fusions and home style creations with a Hollywood flair.Millie has appeared on competitions such as Chopped, Cutthroat Kitchen and Super
Market Stakeout and has cooked for well known Rappers and heavy hitters from the
industry rightfully acquiring a celebrity chef status, and continuing to provide a unique,
delicious food and fantastic creative dishes always focusing on excellent customer
service on what she calls the rockstar experience !
Millie loves to give back to the community, and she has worked with many charities,
often educating Teenagers (and people from all walks of life) on the importance of
healthy eating, which was recognized by the Childrens Aid Foundation in Canada. Her
latest give back was teaching a week long Culinary Bootcamp for the Spanish speaking
Community at the Community College in Lake Tahoe.

such as yellow rice, Egg plant pickle, saporous fish curry, jack fruit curry, milk rice.
also, I learned many Indian dishes to cook such as Biriyani, Chicken tandoori, butter
chicken, chicken tikka masala, Dal (Lentils) curry and so on.
Since I moved to USA in 1997, I learned many other international foods like Thai,
Italian and American dishes. Pastas, lasagnas, different baked foods, chicken
noodles, chicken and vegetarian fried rice and noodles are some of the dishes I
always cook.
I graduated as a chemist and worked in pharmaceutical industry as a chemist/
quality controller for many years, I believe my education back ground with desire to
